Shipping

We prepare every order with care. Below is an overview of how shipping works at Beluli.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery areas

We ship to addresses within the regions available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically based on your destination and are shown before you complete payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link where your carrier provides one. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping price unless stated at checkout.

Issues with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, please contact us with your order number — we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
