Welcome to Beluli. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before shopping.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into Belgian law).

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email via our Contact page) before the 14-day period expires. Include your name, order number, and the item(s) concerned. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Unless we inform you otherwise, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or we have made an error. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resaleable condition, in line with our Returns policy.

Certain exceptions may apply by law (for example sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or personalised items made to your specifications). Where an exception applies, this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, text, logos and designs — is owned by Beluli and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Beluli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delayed delivery beyond our reasonable control, except where such limitation is not permitted under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to these terms or your purchase shall, in the absence of an amicable settlement, be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where EU law so allows.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update date.
